Honey Pecan Pie
4 eggs
1 cup chopped pecans
1 cup light corn syrup
1/4 cup sugar
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 Tablespoon melted butter
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2teaspoon salt
1 - 9" unbaked frozen pie shell

TOPPING:
3 Tablespoons butter
1/3 cup packed brown sugar
3 Tablespoons honey
1-1/2 cups pecan halves
In a large bowl combine the first 8 ingredients then pour into the pie shell. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat, stir in the brown sugar and honey until combined. Stir in the pecan halves until coated. Spoon over the cooked pie. Bake 15 to 20 minutes more or until bubbly and golden. Cool pie completely on a wire rack. Refrigerate leftovers. Serves 8
