EEO Narrative Statement -
KMA Broadcasting, L.P.
for period of 3/10/03 -
9/30/05
KMA Broadcasting, L.P.
makes reasonable, good faith efforts to recruit applicants, without regard to
race, color, national origin or gender. KMA Broadcasting, L.P. has established
a working list of recruitment sources by which it has achieved broad outreach.
This list will continue to grow as more organizations are discovered that can be
used as recruitment sources and as other organizations that ask to be notified
in case of full-time vacancies are added to the list. These recruitment sources
will receive a copy of KMA Broadcasting, L.P.'s EEO Policy and receive
appropriate notification of vacancies. Through our community contacts, websites,
radio advertisements, scholarship contribution, job shadowing and participation
in long-term recruitment initiatives, KMA Broadcasting, L.P. continues to reach
a broad segment of the communities. We touch the communities in every possible
manner through these methods. We are proud of the programs we currently use,
but are always looking for opportunities to add to our existing programs. |
